fantastic location unique decor rooftop bar evening drinks

the location was fantastic, near malls and restaurants. public transportation was very accessible! the hotel's decor had a unique boutique charm. i enjoyed the rooftop bar for evening drinks and city views.

The air conditioner made a slightly loud noise at night. It woke me up.

ABSOLUTELY amazing experience!

amazing breakfast convenient location huge room

My visit was just AMAZING. The room was HUGE and immaculate. The breakfast selection had unbelievable options like cereal, fruit, Western style, and Thai style. Also omelets and eggs benedict were available. I found the hotel to have great location. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The air conditioning system was OLD, making it difficult to adjust temperatures effectively.

Staff at the lobby offered great SERVICE. Every interaction felt courteous. The reception team stood out for its attentive service. They were ready to help with anything. Staff was always ready to assist.

The breakfast AREA had an unbelievable variety of choices, INCLUDING Western and Thai options. The rooftop bar and lounge offered cool vibes. I recommend a visit. The POOL was perfect for a quick dip after a long day.

good location helpful staff great decoration noisy aircon cheap towel poor breakfast

the location is totally awesome. i found so many cafes and places to eat nearby. central embassy mall was walking distance, like super close. the hotel decoration is so roaring 20's, its really special. the staff was so helpful, especially khun antonio and khun a were great.

the aircon in the room i stayed in was hard to change. the fan stayed on high and it was noisy all the time. towels were old, thin and damaged. they just felt cheap honestly. the breakfast choice was very poor and disappointing.

inconsistent air conditioning unpleasant odor

The rooftop bar had a great cocktail menu.

The air conditioning was very inconsistent. The living room was freezing but the dining room remained uncomfortably warm. Soundproofing was inadequate as I could hear the elevator and hallway noise. The bath towels also had an unpleasant odor, and the Wi-Fi connection was weak and unstable.

Amazing Hotel Experience!

good location roaring 20s super accomodating staff spacious room

The hotel location rocks, I was able to walk to the central embassy mall plus there were many cafe and local food spots nearby. I loved the decor, it really seemed like i was stepping back into the Roaring 20s. I found the staff super accomodating and they really went the extra mile for me. My room was spacious with nice decoration and it was easy for me.

There was only two elevators for 24 floors, i did had to wait quite a while at times to get up to my floor.

The hotel boasts a rooftop bar with signature cocktails plus expansive city views, i noticed there were comfortable seating arrangements throughout the area. Breakfast room had one of most poor choices. The decoration was excellent, resembling 1920 style.
